Overview

Typed letter from J. Billikopf to C.D. Spivak. Billikopf tells Spivak that Abe Billen has been walking around with his letter from JCRS and begging business men for help, but has refused any light employment. Billikopf wanted to make Spivak aware of the fact that Billen may walk around with the letter forever, using it unfairly to show he is a victim of tuberculosis. Billikopf advises Spivak to be careful when giving out letters such as the one Billen has.
