Typed letter from C.D. Spivak to the National Directors in Philadelphia informing them that Louis Twersky was invited for admission to the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society. Spivak wants all of JCRS' friends to know that they are doing their best for the citizens of Philadelphia. He signs the letter "Secretary" at the bottom.
