Letter from J. Guttmann to C.D. Spivak. Guttmann enclosed a letter from J. Ascher and Guttmann tells Spivak that there is nothing he can do in the matter pertaining to Ascher. Guttmann also enclosed $1.00 for the death certificate but states that if Cohen’s attorney bill of $2.50 had been sent with the documents he would have received the payment by now. Guttmann tells Spivak it will be impossible to obtain the $2.50 now.
