Abstract

Emanuel Sachin's fifth handwritten application for admittance to JCRS. Includes information such as age (39), place of birth (Hungary), and occupation (cigar maker). He was widowed and had one child. On the backside it reads he was admitted on October 16, 1911, and discharged on September 4, 1912. "Died at Country Hospital October 25, 1912"
