Abstract
Box contains the 1931 Kynewisbok that belonged to Rowena M. Akers and a folder with University of Denver memorabilia and graduation materials. The items include a 5 centimeter Denver Boone patch, a 1930-1931 "D" Book, card printed with "Rowena Mae Akers," slip of paper printed with "Admission to the Exercises by separate ticket only," University of Denver Liberal Arts graduation invitation for June 7, 1933 at 8:00 P.M. at the Denver city auditorium, Class of 1933 play flyer at Elitch Gardens Theatre, 1933 Baccalaureate Service program, a 1933 Commencement Program showing Rowena Mae Akers as receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree, and a newspaper clipping from May 19, 1933 "Press Club to Sponsor Drama Club Play Nite."

Scope and Contents
The collection includes Sam Weinstein's World War II army jacket and Jewish War Veterans uniform. The collection also contains a 1931 Kynewisbok (DU yearbook) that belonged to Rowena M. Akers and a folder with University of Denver memorabilia and graduation materials from 1933. An accrual in September 2022 brought in material culture items, including dresses, jackets, baby dresses, black swimming slippers, and household items. Five photographs were also included in the accrual. Charles Goldberg and Dr. Dennis Battock donated their Bar Mitzvah plates that were hand-painted by Rowena Weinstein.
