Abstract

This box contains different policies from the DU Office of Business and Financial Affairs.

There are policy memoranda and administrative regulations for the Heads of Budgetary Units (1953-1970). There is also a Master Copy of the University of Denver Policy Manual (1980s) and a Supervisor Manual (1990s). There are materials from updating the Policy Manual in 1993, as well as one Policy Manual from the 1990s-2000s and one from 1990s-2011. Lastly, this box also contains a Work Study New Student Handbook from 2005-2006 and Policies and Procedures for the Department of Purchasing.

This collection contains materials related to the responsibilities of and created by the University of Denver's Office of Business and Financial Affairs. Their primary role is to oversee the financial management, business operators, and built environment of the University. Thus, materials in this collection mostly cover the following topics: annual reports, real estate, budget, bonds and loans, agreements and contracts, and internal materials. This collection can be added to in the future.
