Markings on the title page in pencil include "V", "Sandy", and the phone number "PE3-7493." The pages are accordion pleated like the conductor's score. Total pagination is 101 pages.

Finally, this file contains a non-numbered copy (possible prompter or stage manager copy) of the 4th version of the opera. There are no marking other than the name "Chuck" penciled on the title page. The pages have been three hole punched for insertion in a notebook. Total pagination is 101 pages.
