Box contains papers related to Bucthel's daily activities as Chancellor, including date books, a signed preparatory school diploma, and a planner; a portrait of Buchtel; subject files, including the Annual Chancellor's Report to the Colorado Converence of teh Methodost Episcopal Church, the Carnegie Corporation, the Carnegie Foundation, Clippings, Commencement Notes, Invitations/Programs, "James Whitcomb Riley" scrapbook, Letter of Thanks t ofaculty, Methodist Episcopal Church - Conference Subscriptions, Methodist Episcopal Church - Reports, Phi Beta Kappa, Reserve Officer Training Corps, Student Affairs - Fraternities and Sororities, Student Publications, William Howard Tafts visit to Denver, the University Buildings Campaign, and the University Land and Buildings Company; and, finally, a medal from the French Educational Mission in thanks of Buchtel's "coridal reception" given to the mission in 1918.
