Excised leaf from a Persian Tafsīr manuscript (explanation of and exegesis on the Qur'an). Handwritten in Farsi in 1245 A.H. (1829 A.D.). Stapled to the righthand side of a sheet with a facsimile of the volume's title page on the left side in black, blue, and gold ink.
