Excised leaf from a Bohemian herbal (book describing plants and herbs, now Czech) printed in 1516. Printed in blackletter, originally fol. 210 of its volume. Stapled to the righthand side of a yellow sheet with a facsimile of the volume's title page on the left side in black ink.
