Box 1: Legalization Campaign and Howard Dean Campaign, 1998-2021
Abstract
This box contains research and work done by RBI leading up to the 2012 election in Colorado. RBI consulted with political organizations to create strategy that would lead to the legalization of Marijuana via the passage of Amendment 64. RBI worked with the Colorado Allience for Marijuana Reform, Citizens for Responsible Legalization, and Greenberg Quinian Rosner Research. This series includes research, polling, agreements, strategy, correspondence, advertising drafts, mailing pamplets, contracts, and notes.
This box also contains an Information Guide on Medical Marijuana from 1998 and RBI's consulting work from 2020-2021 opposing the LEAP proposition which would increase retail taxes on recreational marijuana.

Scope and Contents
This collection contains materials related to the poltical campaigns and other endeavors that RBI worked on. Materials include contractual agreements, polling and research, printed relevant articles, advertising scripts, focus group results, ballot drafts, correspondence, staff resumes, presentations, reports, and political strategies and plans.
This collection also contains RBI business files. These files consist of Campaign Training Handbooks, a Ballot Initiative Strategy Binder, How-To guides and manuals, company retreat and trip planning, and company presentations.
This collection also contains political yard signs, campaign posters, and political posters that RBI had in their possession likely through collaboration with these political endeavors.
