Abstract

Box contains newspaper clippings, magazine pages, copies of magazine articles, newsletters, interviews, and associated communications and annotations regarding Ritchie's business work, particularly in cable at Group W (Westinghouse). There is a folder of assorted clippings from newspapers regarding Ritchie's work at Columbia Savings, in charitable foundations, and in sponsorship of the arts, most of them taken from Denver newspapers in the 1960's. Another folder contains publications from Westinghouse in the 1960s. Other folders include a Business Weekly article on cable's growing pains; a letter to the editor of Newsweek magazine; an interview with Bill Abrams for the Wall Street Journal; a Cable Marketing cover story; an article in Forbes on cable TV; an an article in California Magazine called "Waiting for Lew." Files are organized chronoogically.

Ritchie, the 16th Chancellor of the University of Denver, including inauguration materials, newspaper clippings, publications and speeches by Ritchie, administrative files, photo albums, video tapes, leather bookmarks and a map of the Colorado Territory (1876).
