Abstract

This folder includes two photos featuring the Margery Reed Hall Building at the University of Denver. One of the photos has two U.S. Army Soldiers posing together in front of the building and with a statue of two women reading.

These photos were taken by William P. MacGlaughlin who was born and raised in New Jersey, but was in the Army in the mid-1940s and had training at Lowry Field in Colorado. MacGlaughlin and the others in his company made sight-seeing trips around the state and must have visited the University of Denver where they took these photos.
