Box 6: Friends, Family and Photos, 1926 - 2004
Abstract
Box contains many photographs of Ritchie and people he knew, some of whom are unidentifiable: photographs and a CD of photographs of Ritchie at various events, of his parents, himself as a young boy, his friends, his friends and events at his ranch, and two scrapbooks, one about Jack Benny and the other about Ritchie. Also included are various communications about local activities in Kremmling, invitations, personal notes, a draft of a family tree, addresses, and three leather bound guest logbooks from 1994 to 2004. Files are arranged chronologically into photographs and papers.

This collection contains materials related to Daniel L. Ritchie, the 16th Chancellor of the University of Denver, including inauguration materials, newspaper clippings, publications and speeches by Ritchie, administrative files, photo albums, video tapes, leather bookmarks and a map of the Colorado Territory (1876).
