Abstract
This series contains materials related to contracts, partnerships, and agreements between the University of Denver and various entities. This also includes materials related to the merger between the University of Denver and the Colorado Women's Colorado. Additionally, there are federal regulations about alcohol and narcotics at the University of Denver, and a proposal to establish a Pioneer Charter School.

Scope and Contents
This collection contains materials related to the responsibilities of and created by the University of Denver's Office of Business and Financial Affairs. Their primary role is to oversee the financial management, business operators, and built environment of the University. Thus, materials in this collection mostly cover the following topics: annual reports, real estate, budget, bonds and loans, agreements and contracts, and internal materials. This collection can be added to in the future.
Arrangement
This series is arranged into boxes based on who the contracts and partnerships are with, if there are enough materials with an entity to warrant its own box. If the documentation about partnerships with an entity only has about 1-2 folders worth of materials, it is in a box containing "Various Contracts and Agreements."
