Abstract

This box contains memos produced by the Risk Management Department as well as materials from different programs and projects conducted by the Department.

The folders with memos contain internal memos for within the department and external memos sent to the University community. There are also news clippings about risk management. The materials about different risk management programs include a chemical hygiene plan, a quality and service evaluation, an employee safety survey, workers' compensation procedures and handbook, a risk management resource manual, ergonomics safety trainings and guides, an invitation to a social hour, and papers from the Environmental Risk Committee.

From the Collection:

This collection is divided into two series. Series 1 contains departmental memos, notes, and other paperwork related to the work of the department of Risk Management, arranged alphabetically by department. Series 2 contains email correspondence to and from Risk Management, arranged by year, 2005, 2007, and 2010-2012.

Arrangement

Folders in this box are arranged chronologically. The materials in this box were originally housed in the U113 DU Business and Financial Affairs Collection. The Risk Management Department is a smaller department located under the division of Business and Financial Affairs. Since these materials are related to just Risk Management and not a larger theme of business and finance, they have been moved to this collection.
