This box includes both internal documents from the Office of Financial Aid as well as public materials with information about student financial aid, scholarships, and loans.

Internal documents include reports on the Office of Financial Aid, their budget, their record of expenditures, employee job descriptions, and internal memos.

Informational materials in this box cover the following topics: Federal Direct Lending Program, Aid for Residence Halls Room and Board, DU Scholarships, a binder on Colorado Financial Aid, Loan and Grant information, Student Payment Information, Student Financial Assistance Directories, student employment programs at DU, pioneer card, a mail ad for DU, and a letter from the Office of Gift Planning about Henry Buchtel.

Arrangement

Materials in this box was originally housed in the U113 DU Business and Financial Affairs Collection. However, the Office of Student Financial Aid has been a separate entity from the Office of Financial Affairs since at least the 1950s (according to DU organization charts), so these materials were relocated to this collection.
