Types of materials include: newsletters, articles, theatre programs, postcards, writings by and about camp staff and former students, interviews, scrapbooks of clippings, brochures, course offerings, materials related to the "Dancers on Horseback" book about the camp, newspaper clippings, and more.

Scope and Contents
This collection materials related to the Perry-Mansfield Dance Camp along with personal papers of Charlotte Perry, Portia Mansfield, and Ingrid Wekerle. Camp materials include administrative papers, teaching materials, scripts, production notes, props, publicity, outreach, clippings, artwork, photographs, photo albums, scrapbooks, tapes, and more. Personal papers include family records; correspondence; research; legal documents; memorials for Perry, Mansfield, and Smith; a map of the Rocky Mountain National Park; and photos taken by Ken Proper.
This collection can be added to in the future.
Arrangement
This series is arranged into three boxes. The first box holds general and miscellaneous publicity and outreach materials from the camp. The second box contains materials related to the "Dancers on Horseback" Book about the camp. And the last box contains newspaper clippings about the camp.
