Printed inside of menu 'Dinner Bill of Fare,' soup, fish, boiled, game, roast, cold meat, entree, vegetable, cold ornamented dishe, relishes, side dish, pudding, pastry, small pastry, ornamented, ice/creams/jellies and desert options. Printed on back of menu, 'Wines and Liquors, A Happy New Year,' options for chamoagne, claret, sherry, whiskey, brandy, port wine, ale and porter, native wines and rhine wine also printed.
