Abstract
File folder contains large envelope (11 x 15 inches) with address sticker reading 'First Class Mail; from Secretary of State, 132 State Capitol Denver 2, Colorado; Miss Joan Sherman, 514 - 16th Street, Denver 2 Colorado.' Inside envelope are twelve (12) copies of pages from the Certificate of Incorporation (a legal document relating to the formation of a company or corporation) for the Tabor Fire Insurance Company of Leadville, Colorado, Tabor Investments Company, Tabor Mine and Mill Company and the Matchless Mine Company.

Scope and Contents
This series contains sheet music, scores for productions from 1983-2008, costume design, misc. graphic design, scenic design, and manuscripts for productions. Collection of scores are photocopied from original score material and marked by various production staff members. Scores were found in the foundry in Central City and do not represent each production from all festival years. Also in this series are some costume and scenic designs. It is unclear what relation the box containing costume designs by Edward M. Stevenson and Charles Le Marie had to the CCOHA and how they appeared in the CCOHA collection.
