Biographical / Historical
This series contains patient records and files from the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society and AMC Cancer Center. In the beginning, patients were primarily young Jewish immigrants and many were tailors from Russia. As time progressed, men and women from a variety of backgrounds became patients.

Scope and Contents
This series of patient records includes medical reports and histories, statistical data of patients, x-rays, and death certificates. The patient files include applications, correspondence and some may also contain photographs and personal items.
