One manila envelope containing various legal papers pertaining to the incorporation, tax exemption status, and dissolution of PDAC/Arts for All. 15 VHS tapes (1999 - 2004) of various performances and shows of or pertaining to the PDAC/Arts for All and/or National Dance Week.
