Scope and Contents
Series 2 Box 1 contains mostly hand-written and some type-written monthly accounts payable and accounts receivable records, the majority of which are bound in three ledgers. The series also contains a separate financial ledger for the German Children's Fund as well as a small number of receipts from purchases. Series 2 Box 8 contains mostly typed financial records. Series 2 Box 10 contains treasurers reports, finance committee statements, membership rosters, directories, membership recruitment and retention mail, and member surveys.
Arrangement
Series 2 Box 1 is separated into ledgers and folders of loose records. Loose records are separated into receipts and financial statements, and all records within these categories are arranged chronologically. Series 2 Box 8 is separated into folders, arranged chronologically. Series 2 Box 10 is separated in folders by topic area and arranged chronologically.
