Box 179: Chancellor's Residence, Chronological Files, and Honors, 1983 - 2002

Box contains photographs, floor plans, and two (2) vhs tapes of the Chancellor's residence, as well as letters, memoranda, press releases, and notes from Ritchie's apppointment to DU and first few years of chancellorship. Box also contains a pamphlet from the El Pomar foundation and several honors bestowed upon Ritchie as Chancellor: a congratulations letter from the State of Colorado House of Representatives on recieving the Partner-in-Education award; Ritchie's listing as one of 50 college presidents in The Templeton Guide, a Rocky Mountain News article on Ritchie's response to 9/11, a letter congratulating him for being listed as the 9th most powerful person in Colorado in ColoradoBiz (see catalog for copy), and two (2) pamphlets honoring Ritchie's work at DU.
