Silver trowel presented to Adolph Zederbaum, treasurer of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society, on the occasion of the laying of the cornerstone of the Medical building of the JCRS Sanatorium on July 7th, 1907.

Inscription and Marks
Inscribed on the front of the trowel: ''Presented to Adolph Zederbaum, treasurer of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society by his co-workers at the laying of the cornerstone of the Medical building of the JCRS Sanatorium July 7th, 1907.'' Back has engraving of JCRS tent in middle of circle with ''The Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society Incorporated'' inscribed around the tent in the circle and around the edge of the circle the motto in Hebrew (English translation ) ''He who saves one life is as if he saved the world.''
