Group of Men and Women on Hill, 1912
Abstract
Group of men and women standing on the top of a hill. A man standing on the right is holding a baseball. Milton Anfenger is the fourth from the right and is standing sideways. The photograph is on page 172 of Milton Anfenger's scrapbook. He belonged to a number of organizations, including the Independent Order of B'nai B'rith and the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks. Milton Louis Anfenger was a member of the Denver Base Ball Club and was owner of the Denver Bears from 1923 to 1932. He was known as Denver's "Mr. Baseball." Milton Anfenger was also a Colorado state senator and an attorney.
