Masonic Apron, circa 1919
Abstract
A Freemason's apron made of off-white kid leather with a cotton lining. An unevenly set strip of leather serves as the tie. Under the triangle flap on back, there is a Masonic Icon and the words: ''Presented by Denver Lodge No. 5; A.F. & A.M.; Denver, Col.; To brother Azriel Stein at his initiation; initiated Nov. 17, 1919; Passed; Raised.'' Masons (Freemasons) are members of a major fraternal organization. Originally belonged to Azriel Stein.
