Box 54: Equipment and Services, 1948 - 2010

Box contains documents on equipment at the university libraries, including inventories, purchases, and removal, from 1977 to 2006. There are also documents on services off through and used by the university libraries, including 3-D printing; copying and copiers; use of courier services such as CCLS and Errand Runners; digital media services offered at the Digital Media Center located in the Penrose Library and Anderson Academic Commons; Multi Media, Event Media and Classroom support services; Public Services at the Penrose Library; Technical Services at the libraries, including staff mauals and projects; University Technical Services (UTS), including outages and communications; and telephone services. Equipment files are arranged chronologically. Services files are arranged alphabetically by service name, then chrononlogically.
