Typed letter from JCRS to Mr. Jacob Schoen, on July 15, 1907. The letter informs Mr. Schoen that his letter was recieved along with Mr. Borris Thomashefsky's (Bores Thomashefsky) regarding Mr. Kibrik. JCRS informs Mr. Schoen that it is impossible to admit patients the day of arrival. The letter is not signed, but "Secretary" is typed at the bottom.
