Abstract
Award plaque given to Azriel Stein and Pencol Drug Store. Plaque reads "Prescription Award presented to Pencol Drug Sture by E.R. Squibb & Sons in honor of their having filled 1,000,000 prescriptions".
A blue and white delft ceramic mortar mounted on wooden plaque backboard. Also contains a loose ceramic pestle with same design.
This was awarded to Pencol Drugstore by E.R. Squibb and Sons for preparing one million prescriptions. Originally belonged to Azriel Stein.
Given in combination with commemorative ceramic jar.
