Includes transcripts of speakers' addresses at the cornerstone laying for the sanatorium's Texas Pavilion for Women, text of Dr. Allen K. Krause's address on tuberculosis at the JCRS convention, information about the care of the cows in the Society's milking barns, a landscape development plan by S. R. De Boer, and correspondence. Also includes photographs of Philip Hillkowitz, Mrs. L. B. Rosenburg, Rabbi Morris Taxon, Harry Sigel, Hon. Maurice Hirsch, the Texas Pavilion for Women, and the ''cow hotel'' barn. The editorial announces the death of C. D. Spivak and notes that the next issue will be a tribute.

From the Series: This series includes a number of publications of the Jewish Consumptives' Relief Society (JCRS), including The Sanatorium, J.C.R.S. Bulletin, the Cure-ier, Tales of the Tents, the AMC Bulletin, and the patient newsletter - Hatikvah. The series also contains books that were in the JCRS library, including books by Yehoash, and books published by the JCRS in the book bindery.
