Abstract
Box contains information on the systems, particularly computer systems, implemented at the University Libraires. The most numerous files are on shared and computerized catalogs, such as the National Union and Colorado Union Catalog and the university's work with the Online Computer or Ohio College Library Center (OCLC). There are several folders on automating the circulation process at Mary Reed. After those two sections, folders include information on the Tattle-Tape system, a proposal for the use of the Aristotle system for computer-based library services, computer systems across campus and Penrose Library, proposals for implementing a statewide fax system with the university, the use of email at the university and its libraries, systems for information migration, information on authority control, a system for collection management provided through Innovative Interfaces, Inc, considerations for an institutional repository, a CD of instructions on formatting materials and templates; a system for digitizing documents, and a data-phase manual for using various technical services.
