Abstract
Box contains materials for training existing staff on issues such as violence, sexual orientation, management changes, conflicts, customer service, assertive communication, and leadership; supervisor's training, meetings, and agendas; and instructions and guidelines on hiring new staff. Surveys and evaluations are also included, as well as two (2) training videos on vhs tapes. Files are arranged chronologically.
