Abstract
Portrait of Donald Adams, a performer with the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company who performed works by Gilbert and Sullivan during the 1955 and 1968 seasons at Central City Opera, Adams played Dick Deadeye in "H.M.S. Pinafore" , the Earl of Mountararat in "Iolanthe", the Pirate King in "The Pirates of Penzance", and the Mikado in "The Mikado" , performs in costume as the Earl of Mountararat in the production of "Iolanthe."
