Abstract
Portrait of Virginia MacWatters, a coloratura soprano singer from the Metropolitan Opera who performed with the Central City Opera in the 1952 season as Susanne in "The Marriage of Figaro", 1953 as Mrs. Ford in "The Merry Wives of Windsor", 1954 "Ariadne auf Naxos", and the 1957 season as Gilda in "Rigoletto" and as Arsena in "The Gypsy Baron", appears in an unidentified production.
