Abstract

Portrait of Margaret Roggero, a mezzo-soprano singer from the Metropolitan Opera who performed with the Central City Opera during the 1951 season as Gertrude in 'Romeo and Juliet' and as her Friend in 'Amelia goes to the Ball.' Roggero also performed during the 1957 season as Maddalena in 'Rigoletto' and as Czipra.
