Abstract

Portrait of Hugh Thompson, a baritone singer who performed with the Central City Opera during the 1952, 1953, 1957 and 1958 seasons. Thompson performed as Marcello in the production 'La Boheme,' as Escamillo in 'Carmen,' as Rigoletto in 'Rigoletto,' as Count Homonary in 'The Gypsy baron,' Pasquillo in 'La perichole,' Silvio in "I Pagliacci,' and as Alfio in the production 'Cavalleria Rusticana.'
