Abstract
Portrait of Frank ( Francesco) Valentino, a baritone singer from the Metropolitan Opera who performed with the Central City Opera in six productions between 1946-1954. Valentino performed as Giorgio Germont in 'La traviata,' as Sharpless in 'Madame Butterfly,' the Husband in 'Amelia Goes to the Ball,' Count Almaviva in 'the Marriage of Figaro,' Valentin in 'Faust,' and also as the Music teacher in 'Airadne auf Naxos,' in costume as Marcello for the opera ''La Boheme.''
