Abstract

United States Air Force Brigadier General Chester J. Butcher gestures as he speaks to Sen. Dominick (R-Colo.) on the tarmac of Nakhon Phanom Royal Thai Air Force Base (RTAFB), Thailand. An unidentified man in a suit stands behind Brigadier General Butcher and Colonel Crosby stands with his arms crossed next to the general. Colonel McFalls stands to the right of Senator Dominick and an unidentified man stands behind the senator. An aircraft can be seen in the background. Senator Dominick was on his second trip to Southeast Asia as a member of the United States Senate Armed Services Committee.
