Abstract

Senator Peter H. Dominick (R-Colo.) delivers his weekly radio address, Report from Washington, on Feb. 23, 1966. Sen. Dominick discusses topics including a recent nuclear test explosion jointly conducted in New Mexico by the AEC and El Paso Natural Gas as part of the Plowshare program, additional tests to be conducted in Colorado, and the potential for peaceful nuclear applications in oil, gas and oil shale recovery.
