Abstract

Senator Peter H. Dominick (R-Colo.) answers questions from Colorado constituents during a segment of his For the record radio program on March 11, 1968 in Washington, D.C. Sen. Dominick discusses his views on recent demonstrations in different parts of the United States, saying that he disagrees with the theory that large marches will promote the same type of governmental change that is normally achieved through the legislative process. He also comments... on the size of the federal budget, noting that the increases are not due to the Vietnam War but to increases in social spending programs.
