Identifier: M085.10.0196.00032

Numerous dignitaries each make a two-minute speech during the dedication ceremonies for the Freedom Studies Center at the Institute for American Strategy in Boston, Va. on Sept. 25, 1966. Developed through private funding, the Center was created to establish a private political-psychological warfare school modeled on those established in Communist nations.
