Senators Peter H. Dominick (R-Colo.) and Floyd K. Haskell (D-Colo.) answer questions during an interview in 1973. Sen. Dominick and Sen. Haskell discuss the foreign aid appropriations bill and whether they would support providing aid to North Vietnam, the constitutionality of the presidential power of impoundment, funding for a people mover project in Denver, the environmental risks and technological benefits of the planned underground nuclear explosion at the Rio Blanco test site (May 17, 1973), and special revenue sharing programs for education.
