Abstract

Senator Peter H. Dominick delivers his weekly radio address, Report from Washington, on March 13, 1963. As a member of the Senate Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs, Sen. Dominick discusses the committee's activities in promoting the acquisition and development of land for outdoor recreational opportunities. He also announces the establishment of the Bureau of Outdoor Recreation within the U.S. Department of Interior, which will coordinate planning of outdoor recreation facilities.
