For the record. E-W trade, Colo River basin, 1967 September 12
Abstract
Senator Peter H. Dominick (R-Colo.) answers questions from Colorado constituents during a segment of his For the record radio program on September 11, 1967 in Washington, D.C. Sen. Dominick agrees with a constituent who is dissatisfied that some United States allies are engaged in trade with communist countries who support the government of North Vietnam, and says that U. S. foreign aid will be withheld from countries who trade with the North Vietnamese. Dominick also discusses the topic of water supply in Colorado, including the rejection of plans for developing the Colorado River Basin in favor of building the Central Arizona Project. He discusses his bill to establish a pilot weather modification program to improve water supply in the Colorado River Basin.
