Interior view of the University of Denver apartments in Denver, Colorado; Housemother Lula Jordan assistas Halcyon Cochran and Geraldine Patterson as they move into their new apartment in preparation for the coming school year. Ms. Cochran holds a suitcase next to a table covered with luggage; Ms. Patterson is smiling with Ms. Jordan as she holds up a fancy dress. Circa 1955.

It is a good thing that there is plenty of closet space in the apartments of the new $3,000,000 dormitory project of the University of Denver into which nearly 1,000 students were moving this weekend in preparation for the start of fall quarter activities next week. Here Hacyon Cochran, left, and Geraldine Patterson, both of Fort Morgan, are given an assist by Housemother Lula Jordan. The girls, both juniors, moved in Saturday to help several thousand freshmen during the New Student Week beginning Monday. They will register for classes Thursday through Saturday.''
