Abstract
Historic letters and documents, most in protective mylar covering, including a muster roll for the Tennessee Volunteers, Confederate Army; a Revolutionary War Oath signed by Major General St. Clair and countersigned by George Washington; a letter from the exiled Charles II to London, just prior to his return to England; Abraham Lincoln political cartoons; and several letters from the late 1500s to mid 1600s, England. Also included are detached original title pages from: Digesti Novi by Bartolus De Saroferrato 1471, Historia Naturalis by Plinus Secundis 1476, Sophologia by Jacubus Magni 1470, Postillae in Biblia by Nicolaus de Lyra 1471, Bom Vell au Babel and Bom Dracheu au Babel, Colored poster of Lincoln's Gettysburg Address by West Publishing Company, St. Paul, MN.
