Attached to one photo: ''Lovely Jolan Sermely, 20, strikes an enchanting pose in the kitchen of the University of Denver's new Student Union, while Matthew Bernatsky, director of the University's School of Hotel and Restaurant Management, provides turkey morsels to Jolan, her husband, Eugene, center, and two senior students, Ray L. Menefee Jr., Denver and Gary J. Sargent, extreme right, Havre, Mont. Mr. and Mrs. Sermely, Hungarian refugees touring the UNited States under auspices of the American Hotel Assoication were guided about the school by Mr. Bernatsky during a one-day stopover in Dener. Mr. Bernatsky, himself a native of Hungary, described the school's operations to Sermeley, who expressed interest in a career in hotel and restaurant management.''
