Biographical / Historical

Black-Eagle Sun (aka Doug Curliss, BA, 1962) in a alum of the University of Denver (DU). During his tenure at DU, Eagle played football and majored in Special Education and Political Science. He went on to earn his MS in Counseling from California State University, East Bay (Hayward, CA), and he has had a long career in both private and public school education, administration, and counseling mostly in Califonia and New Mexico. Eagle is currently (Sept. 2017) retired and lives with his wife in Los Ranchos, NM.
