Biographical / Historical

Carl V. Rutledge was born in 1894 in Indiana. He attended the University of Denver School of Commerce for at least two years. He married a woman named Nondus and had two children as of 1940, Robert and Holly. He worked as a life insurance salesman in Denver. According to his WWII draft registration card, he worked for the North British and Mercantile Insurance Co.
